PKM Gas Block with Regulator

Our newly manufactured PKM gas blocks are precision-made to fit standard PKM barrel journal specifications and are designed specifically for new production barrels. Product Details - Compatible with standard PKM barrel journal specs - Includes gas regulator - Gas port professionally drilled - Retaining pin holes drilled (intentionally undersized for final fitment) Each gas block is intentionally manufactured .001"–.002" undersized to allow proper fitting to your individual barrel. This ensures you can achieve a precise, secure installation while accounting for minor variances in barrel journal dimensions. Fitting & Installation Because barrel journals can vary slightly, final fitting is required. If you have access to a lathe or mill, the gas block can be brought to final dimension using standard machining methods. For builders without machining equipment, a 15/16" flex hone is recommended. This provides consistent, uniform results when carefully used.
